Action Behavior Centers in Frisco, TX is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support therapy sessions from 8am–5pm, with optional Saturdays. You will follow treatment plans, collect data, and help children learn through play and activities. Paid RBT certification and growth paths are available.

Compensation is based on education with guaranteed full-time hours, plus health coverage, and other benefits as part of a supportive team helping kids succeed.

Qualifications

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $17– $23.50 per hour
• Bachelor’s Degree: $18 –$25.50 per hour
• Master’s Degree: $19 –$27 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old

• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
