Sunrise ABA in Fremont, CA is seeking compassionate Behavior Technicians to support children with autism through one-on-one ABA therapy under the supervision of a BCBA. Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized ABA treatment plans under the direction and supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide one-on-one therapy in client homes, schools, clinics, and community settings throughout Fremont.
• Use positive reinforcement and evidence-based ABA strategies to support skill development and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Collect accurate and timely data during each session to track client progress.
• Communicate client progress and changes in behavior to the supervising BCBA.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, caregivers, teachers, and other team members to promote consistency across settings.
• Support children in developing communication, social, play, self-help, and daily living skills.
• Participate in team meetings, trainings, and ongoing professional development.
• Receive regular supervision, coaching, and feedback from your BCBA.
• Build positive and professional relationships with clients and their families.
• Provide support and education to caregivers as directed by the clinical team.
• Maintain accurate documentation and follow all company and clinical procedures.

We’re looking for compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians in Fremont, CA who are passionate about working with children and making a meaningful difference in their everyday lives. As a Behavior Technician, you’ll work one-on-one with clients under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You’ll help children build meaningful skills in areas such as communication, social interaction, independence, and adaptive behavior while celebrating their progress along the way.

• RBT certification is preferred but not required.




• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.
