Job summary

Above and Beyond Therapy is hiring a Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) to deliver direct ABA therapy to children with ASD, in home or clinic settings. You will implement plans created by a supervising BCBA, collect data, and communicate progress to families and team.

The role requires reliable transportation, a valid ID, and successful background screening. Competitive hourly pay and flexible hours support work-life balance.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Responsibilities and Duties

• Provide direct 1:1 ABA therapy in the home or in clinic environments
• Implement individualized treatment plans and programs as written by the supervising BCBA
• Data collection and session note submission
• Collaborate with peers and supervisors
• Participate regularly in staff meetings and trainings
• You must have a vehicle and valid drivers license to commute from each location and be prompt to appointments
• Other duties as assigned.

Registered Behavioral Technician (RBT) Qualifications and Skills

• Experience working with children and/or adolescents with autism spectrum disorder
• Effective communication in the English language, including verbal and written communication
• The ability to communicate effectively with co-workers, supervisors, and families

$25 - $30 an hour
