Action Behavior Centers in Frankfort, IL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work one-on-one with children aged 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. This full-time, daytime position offers predictable hours and potential Saturday coverage based on patient needs.

You will implement treatment plans, track session data, and support children in learning through engaging activities within a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• Must have active RBT certification.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have high school diploma.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.

Pay (based on education & previous ABA experience)

• High School / Associate's Degree: $17.05– $23.50 per hour
• Bachelor's Degree: $19 –$27 per hour
• Master's Degree: $20 –$28 per hour

What You'll Be Doing

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old
• High school diploma
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently
• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children
• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire
• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
