Job summary

Arise Autism Center, LLC in Clermont, FL is seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team. We provide in-home, school, and clinic-based therapy and emphasize evidence-based practices and client progress.

You will implement plans designed by a BCBA, collect data, and collaborate with families. A valid RBT certification and Medicaid Provider ID are required; a HS diploma is expected; travel locally may be needed.

Qualifications

• Must have Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• Must have active Medicaid Provider ID.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.
