Job summary

Golden Steps ABA, LLC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work with children and families in home or community settings around the Fenton area. You will receive supervision from a BCBA and opportunities to grow within a supportive clinical team.

You will implement individualized treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with the team to promote meaningful daily skills. Training and development are provided, along with benefits for full-time staff.

Qualifications

• Current RBT certification or willingness to obtain certification.
• Strong communication and reliability; eager to learn in a clinical team.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism.
• Follow treatment plans developed by a BCBA.
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time.
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings.
• Build respectful relationships with clients and families.

Responsibilities

What You'll Do

As an RBT, you'll provide one-on-one ABA services to children and young adults with autism, following treatment plans developed by a BCBA. You'll:

• Teach communication, social, and daily living skills through individualized sessions
• Use the treatment strategies and behavior support plans developed for each client
• Record session data and complete documentation accurately and on time
• Share observations and questions with your supervising BCBA
• Participate in supervision, training, and team meetings
• Build respectful, professional relationships with clients and families

Qualifications

What We're Looking For

• Current RBT certification or willingness to complete RBT training and certification [if applicable to this opening]
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Clear communication, reliability, and a commitment to learning
• Experience working with children or individuals with autism or disabilities is helpful, but not required
• Ability to meet applicable background check requirements
