Job summary

Pediatric Developmental Services is searching for a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their full-time team. This role is suited for individuals who are passionate about helping children excel in a supportive environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy.
• Implement individualized treatment plans developed by BCBAs.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness.
• Support the BCBA in training families on treatment plans.
• Participate in team meetings and training workshops.
• Ensure the client is in a safe and positive environment.
