Job summary

A leading autism care provider is seeking enthusiastic individuals to join as Registered Behavior Technicians. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a BCBA. You will help children develop communication and daily living skills while supporting their growth. A high school diploma and the ability to obtain certification are required. Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technicians. As a Registered Behavior Technician, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of children with autism. In this role, you will work one-on-one with children, implementing individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). You will use evidence-based techniques to teach communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one services to children with autism under the supervision of a BCBA.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans and evidence-based strategies.
• Support development of communication, social, and daily living skills; reduce interfering behaviors.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Passionate about helping children with autism.
• Patient, compassionate, and able to work well in a team.
• 18+ years of age
• High school diploma or GED
• Ability to obtain a CPR, First Aid Certification and Tuberculosis test (if you haven’t had one in the last year)
• Ability to pass a pre-employment background check
• Ability to move in various positions (sit, squat, bend, etc.)
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Registered Behavior Technician Certification required within 45 days of completing onboarding requirements

Pay Range: $20 - $28
