Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care, an affiliate of BrightSpring Health Services, seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support a 9-year-old in a school-based aftercare program, Monday through Friday from 3–6 pm. This part-time position requires RBT eligibility and offers medical benefits for those who qualify.

Qualifications

• Registered Behavior Technician certification, preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree, preferred.
• Two or more years of experience with developmental disabilities or behaviorally challenged individuals.
• Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation/insurance.
• Flexibility with client scheduling and treatment needs.
• Strong problem solving and critical thinking skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement ABA-driven programs for youth with developmental disabilities in homes and/or community settings.
• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals in home or community settings.
• Implement goals under supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst.
• Provide feedback on progress to supervisor.
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targets.
• Track client progress and program data.
• Observe confidentiality and safeguard patient information.

• Provide 1:1 therapy to individuals with a developmental disability in a home or community setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavioral Analyst
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres toCompanyPolicy and Procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information

Qualifications
