The Stepping Stones Group in Dawsonville, GA is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students with behavioral and educational goals in a full-time role.

You will work under supervision, collaborate with a supportive clinical team, and have access to training resources, a benefits package, and opportunities for professional growth.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year experience as a Para, BT, or RBT working with elementary-aged children.

Responsibilities

• Deliver RBT services under supervision and implement behavior plans.
• Collaborate with educators and therapists to support student progress.
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in line with program requirements.
