Job summary

Total Care ABA in Dalton, GA is seeking a Behavior Technician to deliver one-to-one ABA therapy in clients' homes and community settings. You will travel as needed and document client progress, working closely with families and the care team.

The role emphasizes accurate data recording, behavior management, and implementing behavior-analytic skill acquisition programs while engaging in ongoing staff training and professional development.

Responsibilities

• Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1 setting.
• Communicate professionally with families.

• Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
• Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and the individual treatment plan.
• Travel to client homes/community settings as required.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training and commit to ongoing learning.

The Behavior Technician will:

• Deliver ABA therapy in a 1:1
• Communicate professionally with families.
• Accurately keep record of client’s progress.
• Manage challenging behaviors that occur.
• Accurately implement skill acquisition programs and implement the individual treatment plan
• Travel to client’s homes/community settings, as required to deliver services.
• Participate in initial and ongoing staff training as offered, as well as commit to continued learning and performance improvement

$20.00 - $30.00 per hour
