Action Behavior Centers - ABA Therapy for Autism seeks a one-on-one Behavior Technician for our Cottage Grove clinic. You will implement ABA therapy with children ages 18 months to 8 years, following personalized plans and recording session data.

We offer predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8am-5pm) with some Saturdays as needed, paid RBT cert training, and strong growth paths into leadership roles. Start date is immediate; competitive benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire.
• Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm; optional Saturdays based on patient needs.
• Location: ABC Cottage Grove Clinic, Cottage Grove, MN.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $20.25– $24 per hour


• Bachelor’s Degree: $21 –$25.50 per hour


• Master’s Degree: $21 –$28 per hour

What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll work one‑on‑one with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play‑based ABA therapy. In this role, you will:

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs


• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently


• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children


• Reliable attendance and punctuality


• Willingness to complete paid RBT certification within 20 days of hire


• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
