Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 is seeking enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in their homes or community settings, implementing skill-building plans under clinical supervision.

Paid training is provided, and there is potential for professional growth. A six-month commitment is requested to help change our clients' lives.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before beginning work.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that support independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an important member of the clinical team and directly implement skill-building and care plans.

What You Need to Know

You May Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In

• Education or early childhood development
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
