Job summary

House of Hearts ABA in Colorado Springs is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a heart-driven team. We offer in-home and in-school 1:1 ABA therapy, flexible hours, and growth opportunities with supportive BCBA mentors. RBT certification is required or actively pursued with our guidance.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or actively pursuing certification with guidance provided.
• Experience or passion for working with children in ABA settings is preferred.
• Positive, team-oriented mindset and willingness to learn and grow.

Responsibilities

• Provide fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to children in homes and schools.
• Follow treatment plans created by BCBA supervisors.
• Track progress using simple systems; training provided.
• Collaborate with families and teammates to support child development.
• Bring energy, compassion and care to every session.

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
