Job summary

Matchly Staffing Solutions seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our ABA team in Cochran, GA. The role provides 1:1 therapy across in-home, school, or clinic settings, following BCBA-designed plans to support children’s progress.

Ideal candidates hold an RBT certification, a high school diploma or equivalent, and are comfortable with data collection, collaboration with families, and maintaining a positive therapy environment. Local travel may be required.

Qualifications

• Must obtain Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous experience in ABA therapy or working with children is a plus but not required.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

• Open availability over the summer, prefers mornings

• During school year, sessions from 3pm - 7pm with weekend session

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Pay Range: $25 - $32/hour
