Job summary

Elite Steps ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our caring, growth-focused team in Clovis, NM. We provide in-home, school, or clinic-based ABA services with flexible schedules and strong support from BCBA supervision.

As an RBT, you will implement treatment plans, collect data, and collaborate with families to drive meaningful progress for children. Certification or willingness to obtain RBT is required; travel locally is supported by the role.

Qualifications

• Must have or be willing to obtain RBT certification.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Previous ABA therapy or child-care experience is a plus.
• Ability to pass background check.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy in home, in school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members for client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Pay Range: $18 - $22/hour
• Full-Time: 20 hours/week or Part-Time Available
• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability
• Location: Clovis, NM

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
