Job summary

Attentive Autism Care in Colorado is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver ABA therapy to children within our in-person, home-based network.

You will implement behavior intervention plans, record precise session data, and collaborate with BCBA, speech and occupational therapists to ensure well-coordinated, safe care and meaningful progress for each child. This part-time, flexible role offers supervision and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• RBT Certification is required.
• Background check and screenings required.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children, focusing on skill acquisition, behavior reduction, and communication development.
• Accurately record data during therapy sessions to track progress and assist in the evaluation of treatment plans.
• Implement behavior management techniques and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote positive behavior change.
• Collaborate with BCBAs, speech therapists, occupational therapists, and other team members to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
