Job summary

Apple ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to clients across home, school, or clinic settings in New Jersey. You will work under a BCBA, collect progress data, and help families achieve meaningful outcomes.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or willingness to obtain.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; some college preferred.
• Experience in ABA therapy or with children is a plus but not required.
• Must pass background check.
• Must have reliable transportation and be willing to travel locally.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.
• Implement treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Collect and document data on client progress.
• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.
• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy to clients in-home, in-school, or in-clinic.

• Implement treatment plans designed by a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).

• Collect and document data on client progress.

• Collaborate with families and team members to ensure client success.

• Maintain a safe and positive environment during therapy sessions.

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Compensation and Schedule:

• Shifts: Flexible, based on your availability

• Location: New Jersey

Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) Skills and Qualifications:
