Job summary

Crown ABA is seeking passionate and dependable Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our growing team in Rosedale, MD and surrounding areas. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, we offer the tools, support, and environment you need to thrive.

As an RBT, you’ll provide one-on-one ABA therapy in homes, schools, or community settings, implement individualized behavior plans created by a BCBA, and collect data on client progress.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification or willingness to become certified with company support.
• High school diploma or GED required; some college preferred.
• Experience with children or in ABA is a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

What You’ll Do

• Primary location: Clarksburg, MD and nearby areas

• Flexible schedule options: Full-time and part-time shifts available
