Job summary

Action Behavior Centers is hiring a Behavior Technician to work with children ages 18 months to 8 years using play-based ABA therapy. You will follow individualized treatment plans, collect data, and help kids learn through play in a structured clinic setting.

This full-time role offers predictable daytime hours (Mon-Fri 8am-5pm) in Chandler, AZ, with optional Saturdays. A strong focus on growth, with opportunities to advance as you gain RBT experience, is emphasized by ABC.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs.
• Active pace while working with young children.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality.
• RBT Certification required.

Pay (based On Education & Previous ABA Experience)

• High School / Associate’s Degree: $19– $23.75 per hour


• Bachelor’s Degree: $21.50 –$27.25 per hour


• Master’s Degree: $22.50 –$28 per hour

Job Requirements

• At least 18 years old


• High school diploma


• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs


• Comfortable sitting, standing, crouching, and getting on/off the floor frequently


• Able to maintain an active pace while working with young children


• Reliable attendance and punctuality


• Registered Behavior Technician Certification


• Team mindset: may occasionally help support a nearby ABC clinic if additional coverage is needed
