Job summary

House of Hearts ABA is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our heart-driven ABA team in the Boston area. This role involves 1:1 ABA therapy in homes and schools, with flexible full- or part-time schedules and a strong focus on growth and professional development.

You will work under BCBA supervision, follow treatment plans, track progress, and collaborate with families to help kids thrive.

Qualifications

• RBT certification required or actively pursuing it.
• Passion for working with children.
• Team-oriented and reliable.

Responsibilities

• Providing fun, high-quality 1:1 ABA therapy to awesome kiddos (in homes and schools)
• Following treatment plans created by our incredible BCBAs

Pay Range: $24–$29/hour + Bonus Opportunities
Location: In-Home & In-School (We come to the kiddos!)
Schedule: Full-Time & Part-Time available
Start Date: ASAP—we can’t wait to meet you!

Hours: Based on the case (Ranging anywhere from 15 to 40 hours a week depending on what YOU are looking for!)
