Job summary

Jade ABA Therapy LLC is seeking a motivated RBT to join our Baltimore team. We offer full-time or part-time roles with a competitive hourly wage and immediate start. You will perform ABA interventions under BCBA supervision, helping children build essential skills in a supportive home and community setting.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Document progress and communicate updates to families/caregivers.
• Collaborate with professionals to create and implement treatment plans.

What You’ll Do:

As an RBT at Jade, you’ll deliver compassionate, evidence-based care by implementing personalized ABA strategies under BCBA supervision to help clients build essential skills and make meaningful progress. Your days will be filled with:

• Providing behavioral interventions to children with ASD at home.
• Implementing ABA therapy techniques.
• Monitoring and documenting progress, communicating updates to families and caregivers.
• Collaborating with professionals to create and implement treatment plans.
• Maintaining a supportive environment for the child and family.

Who We’re Looking For:

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Current RBT certification(because you're already a pro!)
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degreein Psychology, Education, or a related field
• Experience working with children diagnosed with ASD

Preferred Skills:

• CPR certification – a great plus for safety readiness
• Spanish-speaking? Even better – we love connecting with diverse families!
