Job summary

Divine Steps ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy to children with ASD in home and community settings in Baltimore. You will implement individualized programs under supervision, collecting data and recording progress.

Must have RBT certification from BACB, own transportation, and strong communication skills. Flexible hours and opportunities for growth are offered, with both full-time and part-time options available.

POSITION SUMMARY:

At Divine Steps Therapy we implement ABA therapy practices to help individuals with ASD thrive and live their best lives. We are looking for passionate individuals who find satisfaction in helping children achieve life's milestones. Our therapist position provides one-on-one Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy to children diagnosed with Autism and Related Disorders by implementing intervention plans, directed by behavior analyst. You will be fully trained and supported by an experienced team of clinical supervisors, managers who are invested in your personal and professional growth.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be 18 years of age

• Background screening and clearance

• Current driver’s license and Reliable Transportation

• Strong oral and written communication skills

• RBT Certification required

RESPONSIBILITIES:
