Achieving Stars Therapy is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician to join our team. As an RBT, you will play a crucial role in providing support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism, by providing in-home and community based ABA services. Implement behavior intervention plans as directed by the supervising Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
Collect data on client behavior during sessions
Assist in the development and implementation of care plans
Utilize applied behavior analysis (ABA) techniques to teach new skills and manage challenging behaviors
Maintain accurate and confidential client records
Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure effective care coordination
Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, particularly autism
Knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
Must have a high school diploma or equivalent
Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality of medical records
Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at least 18 years of age
