Heartland Behavior is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join a dedicated ABA team. You will deliver one-on-one ABA services in clients’ homes or community settings, implementing plans and recording progress with digital tools.

Ideal candidates embrace ongoing learning, remain patient and compassionate, and can commit to part-time hours to support children with Autism.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities
