Job summary

BK Behavior is seeking part-time ABA therapists to deliver one-on-one services to children with autism in clients' homes or community locations. You will implement skill-building plans under supervision and contribute to positive outcomes for families.

The role emphasizes compassionate care, patience, and the ability to stay composed in diverse situations. Training is provided, and opportunities for professional growth exist within the pediatric ABA field.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.

• RBT certification required before working.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients, supporting independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as a core member of the clinical team for direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive learning environment and engage families.
