Job summary

Behavioral Progression, Inc. is seeking motivated individuals to deliver effective therapy for clients with behavioral needs in both full- and part-time roles, with ongoing training and supervision for skill growth.

As an RBT, you will implement behavior plans, train caregivers, graph data, prepare reports, and assist with assessments and supervision under BCaBA/BCBA guidance. We offer comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth across Central Florida and surrounding areas.

• Assist with functional behavior assessments, behavior plan development and updates, and develop supervision skills with BCaBA/BCBA supervision, including case management and case training

Pay Range: $17-$24/hr
