Job summary

Autism Learning Collaborative in Albuquerque is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our clinic-based team. The role offers a Monday–Friday daytime schedule, paid training, and growth opportunities through quarterly raises.

You will provide 1:1 play-based ABA therapy, implement plans designed by the on-site BCBA, and track progress with families. A high school diploma or GED is required, with Spanish a plus.

Hours of Operation: Monday-Fri, 8:00 am-5:00 pm

What You’ll Do:

• Provide 1:1, play-based ABA therapy to children with autism in our clinic

Requirements:

• High school diploma or GED (a Bachelor's in a related field is a plus)
• Experience with kids is preferred but not required. Teachers, nannies, childcare workers, and camp counselors are encouraged to apply.
• Reliable transportation
• Effective spoken and written English for treatment, documentation, and communication with caregivers and supervisors
• Spanish is a plus

• Paid 40-hour RBT training
• RBT exam fee covered
• Internship Program that provides supervision hours for those pursuing a BCBA
