Job summary

SpringHealth Behavioral Health and Integrated Care is seeking a Behavioral Technician for full-time, in-home care with no weekend shifts. The role entails delivering 1:1 behavioral therapy, implementing goals under a BCBA, and tracking progress across multiple locations.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED with at least six months of relevant experience, strong communication, and reliable transportation to travel between assignments.

• Strong interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.
• Reliable transportation and ability to travel to multiple assignments daily.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 behavioral therapy in a clinic setting.
• Implement treatment goals under supervision of a BCBA.
• Provide progress feedback to supervisor.
• Assist teaching of communication, self-help, social skills and other goals.
• Track client progress and data.
• Follow company policies and confidentiality.
• Collaborate with team and coordinate with staff.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Overview

Registered Behavior Technician Certification or minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment. Willing to get RBT Certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 treatment to individuals in need of behavioral therapy in a clinic setting
• Implement treatment goals under the supervision of a BCBA
• Provide adequate feedback regarding progress to supervisor
• Facilitate teaching of communication, self-help, social-skills, and other targeted treatment goals
• Track client progress and program data
• Understands and adheres to company’s policy and procedures
• Observes confidentiality and safeguards all patient-related information
• Work effectively as a team contributor on all interactions and assignments
• Work independently while understanding the importance of constant communication and coordinating work efforts with management and staff
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or General Education Diploma, plus a minimum of six months prior work/volunteer experience providing individual instructions, preferably in a health care environment
• Demonstrates effective and professional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
• Able to work independently and part of a team
• Demonstrates strong organization skills and attention to detail
• Has reliable transportation and is able to travel to/from multiple assignments/locations on a daily basis

Salary Range

USD $15.00 - $20.00 / Hour
