Job summary

Advanced Behavioral Dimensions is seeking a compassionate Registered Behavior Technician to support BCBA-led behavior plans for toddlers to teens in a one-on-one setting at our Kennesaw, GA location. You will help clients learn functional skills in a supportive, team-oriented environment.

The role emphasizes data collection, session planning, caregiver collaboration, and adherence to privacy policies, with opportunities to obtain or maintain RBT credentials and ongoing supervision.

Qualifications

• Valid Registered Behavior Technician credential.
• Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation.
• Clear criminal background checks.
• Enjoy working with children and have a positive attitude.
• Ability to accept ongoing feedback and work as a team.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound tech/computer skills and reliable internet access.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting.
• Implement Behavior Support Plans as directed by the BCBA.
• Maintain accurate clinical data collection and daily admin work.
• Collaborate with team and participate in trainings.
• Debrief caregivers after sessions.
• Respect client confidentiality.
• Complete mandated therapy hours per client.
• Perform other duties as directed.

As a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will assist Board-Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) in implementing behavior support plans specifically designed for individual toddlers, children and teens. You will have the opportunity to nurture individuals while teaching and guiding them through fundamental skills needed for their day to day activities.

• Provide direct ABA therapy to clients in a 1:1 setting
• Implement Behavior Support Plan correctly and as directed by the BCBA
• Accept constructive feedback and actively work to meet areas of need as stated by the BCBA
• Prepare and assist in the construction of instructional materials
• Complete clinical data collection and daily administrative work in a accurate, detailed and timely fashion
• Work as a team and collaborate with team members
• Participate and contribute to in-service training and staff meetings
• Debrief caregiver(s) on each session
• Maintain confidential health information
• Complete authorized therapy hours per client
• Complete all other job-related duties as directed
