Job summary

Heartland ABA in Missouri is seeking individuals for part-time in-home ABA service roles. You will provide one-on-one ABA support to children with autism, implement customized skill-building plans, and document progress using electronic devices.

Training is provided to earn your RBT certification, with ongoing support from a clinical team. This role offers flexible scheduling and meaningful, hands-on work helping families and children reach positive outcomes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with autism.
• Must obtain RBT certification; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in home/community settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions that promote independence and positive behavior.
• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team by directly implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
