Job summary

Airborne ABA is seeking compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our Parker, Colorado team as Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs). The role involves working directly with children with autism, implementing individualized behavior plans under the supervision of a BCBA, and supporting skill-building and independence.

We offer paid training, RBT certification support if needed, ongoing supervision, and a collaborative team culture as we expand across Colorado.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Ability to pass a background check.
• ABA or childcare experience a plus, but training provided.

We are excited to announce a new opportunity to serve families in Parker, Coloradoand we’re looking for compassionate, dedicated individuals to join our team asRegistered Behavior Technicians (RBTs).

What You’ll Do:

• Work directly with children with autism and developmental needs.
• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA).
• Support skill-building, positive behavior change, and independence.
• Collaborate with families, schools, and our clinical team to make a lasting impact.
