Job summary

Heartland Behavior is seeking seasoned Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our ABA team in Iowa. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to children, implementing evidence-based interventions and supporting independence and positive behavior.

This role offers part-time hours with Same Day Pay, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for professional advancement. Training is provided, and you will work with a collaborative clinical team to help clients reach their goals.

Qualifications

• RBT certification is required before working.

Responsibilities:
