Achievements ABA Therapy is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy in home and community settings in Lumberton, NC.

You will work under a BCBA supervisor, collect data, and maintain accurate progress notes while supporting children with autism and their families.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; RBT credential preferred or in progress.
• Experience with children, autism, or ABA is preferred.
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• Clear level-two background check and verifiable references.

Responsibilities

• Work with a BCBA supervisor to deliver quality ABA therapy as an RBT.
• Provide in-home and community-based interventions, utilizing ABA principles as an RBT.
