Job summary

The Hope Center for Behavior Change, Inc. in Palm Beach County, FL is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA therapy under BCBA supervision. You will collect data, implement behavior support plans, and support clients in skill acquisition and behavior reduction.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification recognized by the BACB.
• Current CPR certification (renewable every two years).
• Ability to maintain and update personal liability insurance annually.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions with clients in alignment with treatment plans.

• Support clients in learning essential life skills and reducing challenging behaviors.
• Maintain ethical ABA therapy standards as outlined by the BACB and our company policies.
• Stay current with certifications and training, including annual RBT competency reviews, CPR certification, and in-service training.
• Upload updated credentials (e.g., RBT certification, liability insurance) to the Medicaid portal as required.

About the Role
