Job summary

Heartland-Aba-1 in Iowa seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join a growing ABA clinical team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services to clients in homes or community settings, implementing skill-building and care plans under supervision.

We value patience, compassion, and a desire to help children with Autism. RBT certification is required before working. We offer part-time schedules and opportunities for advancement, plus same-day pay to access earned wages.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
