Job summary

Heartland ABA is seeking trained Registered Behavior Technicians to join a growing team. You will provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings, implementing evidence-based interventions to build skills and independence.

No experience? Paid training is provided. All positions start part-time with a six-month commitment to make a lasting difference for children with Autism. If you are patient, compassionate, and eager to learn, apply today and become part of our mission.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent is required.
  • RBT certification is required before working.
  • Willingness to learn and passion for helping children with Autism.
  • Ability to maintain calm demeanor in challenging situations.
