BlazerJobs, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support students in an elementary school autism program near Wilmington, DE. This full-time contract role runs 37.5 hours per week onsite, with daily 30-minute breaks.

You will implement behavioral and instructional interventions under teachers and specialists, collect data, and help with bathroom/hygiene support as needed. This is a collaborative school environment.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification and PARA permit required.
• Experience with elementary students in a school setting, especially autism programs.
• Ability to implement physical intervention strategies when necessary.
• Skilled in collecting and documenting behavioral data in the classroom.
• Willingness to perform bathroom duties (toileting, diapering, hygiene).
• Demonstrated reliability, flexibility, and a collaborative, team-centered attitude.

Responsabilités

• Remain flexible with classroom assignments based on school needs.
• Participate in bathroom and hygiene support duties (non-negotiable).
• Work a full-time onsite schedule: 37.5 hours per week (8:45 AM–4:15 PM, Monday through Friday) with a daily 30-minute break.
