The Treetop ABA Therapy in Nevada invites you to join our compassionate team as an RBT. You will deliver individualized ABA therapy under BCBA supervision in clients' homes, schools, and community settings, tailoring sessions to each child’s needs and documenting progress.

WHAT’S YOUR ROLE?

As a full- or part-time RBT (Registered Behavior Technician), you will work under the supervision of a BCBA to implement individualized ABA therapy services for clients with autism. You will tailor sessions to each client’s unique needs, helping them build new skills and reduce challenging behaviors. With a positive and engaging approach, you will deliver high-quality clinical services in homes, schools, and community settings while documenting client progress. You will also participate in ongoing training to strengthen your skills and expand your knowledge of ABA therapy.

• Current state RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
