Job summary

The Treetop ABA in Aberdeen, NC seeks a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide individualized ABA therapy in home and clinic settings. You will work under a BCBA supervision to help children develop communication, social, and daily living skills, delivering sessions one-on-one in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

Position Overview

As an In-Home or Clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT), you will work one-on-one with children under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your role will focus on helping children develop communication, behavioral, social, and daily living skills in supportive and familiar environments.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clients' homes or clinic settings
• Implement behavior intervention and skill acquisition programs
• Collect and record session data accurately using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Collaborate with caregivers and families to support treatment goals
• Maintain regular communication with supervising BCBAs and clinical staff
• Support positive behavior change through evidence-based ABA strategies

Qualifications

Required

• High school diploma or equivalent

Preferred

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
