The Treetop Therapy in Marietta, GA is seeking an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy in clinic and home settings under BCBA supervision. This role supports children with autism in everyday environments to build skills and independence.

About the Role

As an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Marietta, GA, you'll work one-on-one with children in a clinical and/or in home setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

Key responsibilities:

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Preferred:

• TRICARE certification
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
