Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking an In-Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to support children with autism in Macon, GA. You will work one-on-one with children in clinical and home settings under the supervision of a BCBA.

You will deliver ABA therapy, track progress in EMR, and collaborate with families to achieve real-life goals. Training is provided, and opportunities for growth exist within a supportive team.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to align therapy with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using EMR.
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.

About the Role

Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR)
• Communicate regularly with your supervising BCBA and clinical team

Required:

• Active RBT certification
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Experience working with children across different ages and abilities

Preferred:

• TRICARE certification
