Job summary

The Treetop Therapy is seeking an in-home/in-clinic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Augusta, GA to deliver one-on-one ABA therapy under a BCBA supervisor. You’ll build skills, track progress, and collaborate with families to align with real-world goals.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification is required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Experience working with children across ages and abilities.
• TRICARE certification is a plus (preferred).
• CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain) (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized ABA therapy sessions in clinic and/or in home.
• Use data-driven techniques to support meaningful behavior change.
• Collaborate closely with families to ensure therapy aligns with real-life goals.
• Track and document progress using electronic medical records (EMR).
• Communicate regularly with supervising BCBA and clinical team.

About the Role

As an In‑Home Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) in Augusta, GA, you'll work one‑on‑one with children in a clinical and/or in home setting under the supervision of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA). Your work helps children build essential skills and achieve greater independence in the environment where they feel most comfortable.

Key responsibilities:
