Job summary

The Treetop in Phoenix, AZ is hiring In-Clinic Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to support children with autism through 1:1 ABA therapy. You will work closely with a supervising BCBA, track progress, and communicate with families to celebrate breakthroughs and share updates.

We welcome both new entrants and certified RBTs and offer paid training, weekly PTO from day one, medical/dental/vision insurance for full-time staff, and a 401(k) with company match.

As part of our clinic ABA team, you'll work directly with the children in the center and your impact will be immediate and meaningful. Our BCBAs will guide you every step of the way as you build relationships with families and help create real, lasting change.

What You'll Do

In this role, you'll work 1:1 with children with autism and other developmental differences, implementing individualized therapy plans designed by a supervising BCBA. You'll track progress, celebrate breakthroughs (big and small), and keep families updated on how their child is doing.

We'll teach you everything you need to know-even if you're new to ABA.

Who We're Looking For

We're looking for individuals who are patient, dependable, and excited about working with children. ABA experience is a plus! You must have a high school diploma or GED.
