Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) to join our team for home-based ABA therapy. You will work 1-1 with children on the autism spectrum under the supervision of BCBAs, providing compassionate, evidence-based treatment in a home setting.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification is required.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1-1 treatment in home-based setting under BCBA supervision.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Assist BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Maintain clear communication with families, supervisors, and other parties.
• Engage clients with creative, engaging activities to support learning.
• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Be responsive to client and family needs.

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization, providing the gold standard of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services for children on the autism spectrum from birth to age 21. We are looking for Registered Behavior Technicians (RBT's) to join our growing team. Our RBT's are an essential part of the treatment team- providing 1-1 specialized treatment in partnership with our Board Certified Behavior Analysts to our clients in a home-based setting.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT certification
