Job summary

BK Healthcare Management seeks a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes and community settings. You’ll be trained to earn your RBT certification and join a supportive clinical team dedicated to positive outcomes for children with Autism.

Part-time positions with flexible scheduling, same-day pay, and opportunities for professional growth and BCBA pathway programs are available.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for making a difference in the lives of children with Autism.
• Patience, compassion, and the ability to remain calm in challenging situations.
• Candidates must obtain their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification before providing services; training and support are provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Serve as an integral member of the clinical team by implementing individualized skill-building programs and care plans.
• Accurately collect and record session data using electronic devices.
• Foster a positive, engaging learning environment for clients while building meaningful connections with their families.
