Heartland ABA is hiring Registered Behavior Technicians to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. Earn competitive compensation with same-day pay options and paid training.

Qualifications

• Must be an RBT or willing to obtain certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one ABA services to clients using evidence-based interventions.
• Record session data accurately using electronic devices.
• Be an integral member of the clinical team and implement care plans.
• Foster a positive learning environment and coordinate with families.

• Serve as an integral member of our clinical team, responsible for the direct implementation of skill-building and care plans.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
