Job summary

Inner Circle Autism Network is seeking compassionate individuals to join our team as Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to deliver high-quality ABA therapy to children and families. We provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates, enabling them to become certified RBTs.

Hours are full-time, Monday–Friday, 7:45am–5:00pm, with a $750 sign-on bonus for already certified RBTs and opportunities for professional growth within our multidisciplinary team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No prior experience or RBT certification required; training provided.
• Ability to work with children and families with confidentiality.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to implement behavior intervention plans designed by BCBAs.
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to needs.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress for treatment planning.
• Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and families.

Job Summary

As an RBT at Inner Circle Autism Network, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional ABA therapy services to children with developmental and behavioral challenges. We welcome individuals with or without prior experience, as we provide comprehensive training to all successful candidates, enabling them to become certified RBTs.

Key Responsibilities

• Work closely with our passionate team of professionals to implement behavior intervention plans designed by our Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs).
• Provide one-on-one ABA therapy sessions to children, tailoring approaches to meet their individual needs and preferences.
• Utilize evidence-based techniques and positive reinforcement to teach adaptive skills and reduce challenging behaviors.
• Record and maintain accurate data on client progress to facilitate effective treatment planning.
• Foster a warm and supportive rapport with clients and their families to create a nurturing therapeutic environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• No prior experience or RBT certification required; we offer comprehensive training to all successful candidates.

Physical Requirements

• Physical Stamina: Ability to engage in physical activities throughout the day, including standing, walking, bending, and lifting.

• Lifting: Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, as some clients may require assistance with mobility or positioning.
• Manual Dexterity: Proficiency in fine motor skills to effectively use specialized tools, equipment, and materials as needed.
• Physical Endurance: Capacity to maintain focus and provide consistent support during extended work hours or challenging situations.
• Physical Agility: Ability to move swiftly and react quickly in case of emergency situations or unexpected behaviors.
• This role may entail sitting on the floor with clients and swiftly transitioning into a standing position when necessary. This may involve maintaining a flexible and agile physical posture to support clients effectively during interactions and activities, ensuring their safety and comfort throughout the process.
