BK Behavior in Ohio seeks enthusiastic RBTs to provide one-on-one ABA services in clients' homes or community settings. You will implement care plans, record progress, and support families with positive behavioral goals.

This part-time role offers training, a supportive clinical team, and opportunities to advance through affiliation with BCBA schooling programs. We value growth, reliability, and compassionate care.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• RBT certification required before start of employment.
• Willingness to learn and a passion for helping children with Autism.

What You’ll Do

• Provide one-on-one ABA services, using evidence-based interventions to support independence and positive behavior.
• Be a key part of our clinical team, directly implementing skill-building and care plans.
• Accurately record session data using electronic devices.
• Create a positive learning environment for clients and build genuine connections with families.

What You’ll Bring

You’ll Be a Great Fit If You Have Experience In:

• Education or early childhood development
• Childcare, babysitting, or youth mentorship
• Teaching assistant, paraprofessional, or instructional aide roles
• After-school programs or camp counseling
• Behavioral health, mental health, or social services
• ABA therapy or working with individuals with Autism
• Healthcare support (DSP, CNA, HHA, PCA, caregiver)
• Supporting a neurodiverse family member or loved one
