Job summary

Succeed ABA in Clayton, NC is seeking a Registered Behavior Technician to support clients with Autism in natural environments. You will implement ABA interventions and collect data for progress reports, while coordinating with the program staff for consistency and quality of care.

Qualifications

• RBT certification or 40 hour course required.
• Valid driver's license or reliable transportation.
• Experience with children/adolescents with Autism Spectrum Disorder.
• Clear communication with coworkers, supervisors and families.
• Must pass a criminal background check.
• Willingness to learn and receive feedback.
• Ability to follow instructions and ask questions.
• Demonstrated passion for helping clients with developmental and social challenges.

Responsibilities

• Provides ABA interventions to clients in natural environments.
• Data collection, analysis, and presentation preparation.
• Coordinate with staff to ensure program consistency.
